currently， i have come to the final stage of my masters dissertation entitled research on the wlan security solution and its realization. in this dissertation， i focus on the security mechanisms of wlan， proposing that _ as a security solution can only be an alternative and that only the application of the true “point-to-point” mechanism can maximize network security at reasonable costs. my dissertation has an overall theoretical framework， supplemented by detailed plans and designs. in my repeated discussions with my supervisor concerning my dissertation， he has given his full support of my propositions. he has given special praises on my ideas regarding the renovation and development of the existing computer technology.

二、 协助女生部和生活部举办健康知识讲座，维持现场秩序，引导同学们有秩序入场，拉横幅等。以前总是认为举办一次活动很容易，这次才明白举办一次活动有很多事要做，而且当中还可能有一些突如其来的事发生。还有就是两委会的表各部门之间要加强合作，这样才能把工作做得更好。

三、 参加汽车系关于“激情奥运，阳光校园”的演讲比赛并担任评委。这是我第一次担当比较正式的评委，感到有些惭愧，其实我没资格当评委。我认识到想要成功，就要全面发展，各方面的东西都要学，而且还要有比较精通的。

四、 和学习部其他成员一起布置演讲比赛决赛的现场。大家一起摆桌椅、拖地、拉横幅等。演讲比赛那天，先是引导同学有序入场，维持会场秩序，然后是站在前边打礼花，接下来站在门口记录出入人员名单一直到比赛快要结束时又给选手买牛奶和面包。通过大家的努力，演讲比赛搞得还算比较成功。这次我明白了要想把一次活动办好，需要大家共同的努力，哪个环节出了错都不行。团结就是力量啊!

五、 我主动承担学习部考核小组组长一职，每次检查必到，等检查人员到齐时，给大家分一下组，说一下注意事项，就去检查。检查后再由我整理检查结果，第二天交给办公小组。通过一段时间的检查大一晚自习纪律比以前有了很大改善，但还是有不尽人意的地方。早退现象还比较严重，有时有的班纪律比较差。12月4号由学习部发起，联合院生活部、监察部和系学习部对大一晚自习进行了一次突击检查。检查出一些平时没检查出现象。最后将检查结果总结交给了学生会主席。

在上课期间，思考后积极回答问题、认真做课堂笔记、不玩手机等电子产品，当然即使不玩也一定会给手机设置成静音，并时常提醒周围同学这样做。上课时，不看无关书籍，下课休息时，能做到不喧哗，以免影响其他同学休息。

(二)、宿舍中

作为310室的一员，特别作为310室的宿舍长，我更积极以自己的文明之举带着大家构建更加温馨美好的小家。如，严格按点熄灯，不乱丢垃圾，不通宵上，不带闲人入室，节约用水、用电。在值日方面，实行轮流制，上一个同学适时提醒下个值日。如果那个室友请假回家或值日当天忙时缠身，我都会当仁不让的代劳;或每逢节假日、寒暑假，室友走完之后和开学之后，我都会把宿舍大扫除一遍，我自己很乐意这样做，看着整整洁洁的宿舍，我心里着实很开心，想着室友开学来了，看到这么整洁的小家也一定少了些思乡之情吧。室友之间难免有穷有富，但我从不和室友比吃比穿，照我妈妈的话就是：“现在穿衣服别讲样儿，不冷着不冻着就中了，吃饭得有个学生样儿，但得吃饱饭”。

(三)、餐厅中

非常感谢学校餐厅每天给我们提供那么多种类的饭菜，在餐厅就餐，以下是我的习惯：当然首先是吃饭前必洗手，这是自小养成的，不洗手吃饭老是有心理障碍，吃不舒服;然后排队就餐，若遇到有紧急事情的同学也会让一下;每顿饭都会计划一下，合理消费;吃完饭后主动送回餐具，把没吃完的饭菜倒入桶里。

(四)、校园中

有这么一句话“学校是我家，文明靠大家”，在这个大家里“爱护环境，不乱画乱扔;爱护花草，不乱折乱踩;爱护公共设施，不恶意损坏…..”这些“家规”一直在我头脑中铭记着，丝毫不敢有所触犯。

再次，我力求文明礼让，着装得体，遵守纪律等，使行走在校园中的自己具有当代大学生的些许风范!

三、 学习方面

我是经济与管理学院工商管理专业二班的__.不知不觉中已经在文学社呆了快一学期了，这一学期在文学社的交流以及工作，让我对文学社有了进一步的了解和认识，也感觉到了我们都在为社团的发展一起努力，但同时也看到了一些文学社在发展过程中的一些问题。

第一，大家的集体意识不够强。在许多的活动中，部门间的联系不够多，配合不够，有些时候出现人手不够，手忙脚乱的情况。在活动的准备过程中，成员之间的配合也不够多，只顾完成自己分配到的任务，协助他人到的意识不强，影响办事效率。第二，大家的积极性不够，参加活动热情度不高。每次的活动，不管是准备还是参加比赛或者节目，总是只有那么积极的少数一些人，而社团还有其他大部分人并未被调动起来，很多人才都被埋没，社团的人力资源并未被好好的利用。第三，我们社团的很多活动都需要兄弟协会社团的帮助和支持，但是在黄岭校区这边，我们和其他社团的交流合作并不多，这不利于扩大文学社的影响力以及活动的举办。第四。社团的资源没有得到合理的利用，有浪费的现象。其中办公室里的各种资源没有合理分类整理，各种图书资源并未被好好的利用，处于荒废状态。笔墨纸砚等资源很多也被浪费。例如，毛笔等东西没有好好保存，写了的横幅也没有及时挂出，浪费红纸。第五，部门分工不明确，有些事情没有人解决。部门的职责不是很明确，很多时候处于部门职责模糊边界的事情没人干，有相互推脱的现象。第六，干事主动性不高，不能积极主动的考虑社团的发展问题，在各种活动准备工作中，不能主动找事儿做。有些对于分配到的任务还不能保质保量的完成。

针对这些问题，我有了一些想法，希望能有利于社团的发展。第一，我认为要调动大家的积极性。我们要举办更多的同学们感兴趣的活动，这样才能让更多的同学参与到我们的活动中来，这样才有利于我们举办活动，也有利于我们扩大社团的影响力。而同时， 90后的学生想法很不一样，我们可以在他们中间做个调查，看看90后的同学们喜欢什么样的活动，根据同学们的需要以及我们社团发展的需要来决定开展什么样的活动，对社团传统的活动进行改革。第二，团结就是力量。我们要加强部门的联系，加强社团成员之间的联系交流。可以多举办小型的活动，让部门协作完成，而不是单个部门负责，促进部门之间培养合作默契。也可以多组织各种聚会等活动，促进各成员之间的交流，促进相互的了解和认识。第三，扩大对外交流合作，为文学社树立良好的信誉和形象。兄弟社团的支持帮助对于我们活动的举办也有很重要的作用，我们赢的他们呢的支持。由此在其他社团的活动中，我们也要给予他们力所能及的帮助。例如不能再出现写了横幅不送出去这样的情况，影响我们社团的对外形象。第四，合理利用文学社的资源，对办公室的财产进行整理分类，同时增强大家主人翁意识，自觉维护我们的公共财产。办公室的笔墨纸砚之类的东西都要合理保存，不能毫无节制的使用，或者用于个人利益。书籍之类的资源要进行合理的分类，给我们社团的成员提供方便，由此也有利于提高大家对文学社的热情。第五，明确部门的分工，明确每个部门的职责。合作很重要，但合作的同时也要明确自己部门职责，减少互相推诿的现象。

以上是我对社团的一些认识以及意见，希望能对社团的发展有益。在此次的换届中，我想申请的是组织部的部长。

在这一学期中，我很荣幸的担任了文学社黄岭校区的负责人。在这一学期的工作中，学习到很多以前没有接触到的东西。在众多的活动活动组织过程中，我积累了一定的经验教训，也促进了我自己的成长。通过这一学期众多的活动，我也认识了文学社大部分的成员，也结交了其他兄弟协会社团的负责人同时，我相信，如果我能有幸担任组织部部长一职，这一学期的工作经验以及积累的人脉资源将有利于以后工作的开展进行。

回忆在文学社的点点滴滴，酸甜苦辣皆有之。在赵星的配合协助之下，组织准备了社庆、风铃杯朗诵比赛、内江作协的交流讲座等活动，在社庆中也参与了节目的演出和礼仪的工作，从脑力和体力方面都锻炼了自己。在日常工作中，也尝试了挂横幅，吹气球等各种苦力。自我感觉，在这一年中，没功劳也有苦劳吧。

除此之外，在过去的一年中，很遗憾的是只参加了一次风铃杯朗比赛，虽然没得奖，但是也锻炼了自己。对于其他的比赛，在未来，我将会改进自己，积极参与其中。

我家生活在xxx我的父亲今年55岁，母亲50岁，父母都是有一定岁数了。父母这么多年来也是一直靠种田为生的农民。

父亲知道仅靠种田是很难供我的学业。早在今年年初就到工地上打工，哪只今年城里的工作不好找且都不稳定，父亲只好进行打零工（在工地搬砖、做小工、用三轮车卖炭等）来维持一家人的生活，母亲在家种地，我们这里的地属于旱地，这么多年来没有雨水，甚至连家里的吃水都时有时无，庄户靠天下雨才能生长。就这样母亲是一边种农田一边赡养年岁79岁的姥姥，每天起早贪黑，没有休息。

今年我又考上了我理想中学校，家里的负担又大大加重了。

于是父母脸上的皱纹也多了，笑容少了，愁眉苦脸的为我的学费着急，看着年岁已高的父母如此焦急，我对我即将能否踏上的新学校学习也充满了担忧。在读高中期间，我家发生很多事爷爷被查出患有血癌（就是村里人说的富贵病），这种病是完全靠输血维持生命的病人，而且像我们这种农村家庭在经济上基本承受不起。

经过3年的输血治疗，家里的经济每况愈下直至负债治疗还是未能使爷爷康复，去年8月血癌晚期结束了爷爷的生命。

候起，父母就教育我：学习的目的是为了将来可以对国家和社会贡献出自己的一份力量，所以需要的不仅是丰富的知识，更重要的是具备良好的社会责任感和个人道德修养。这种深深扎根在心中的观念使我力争成为一名全面发展的学生。

由于家庭经济贫困，全家上下6口人（爷爷，奶奶，爸爸，妈妈，姐姐和我）的生活来源仅靠双亲单薄的农业收入，加上爷爷病重，常年在床无法下地行走，姐姐也正还在读中专；
每年必须从家里拿出大部分的金钱来供给我和姐姐的学业。父母亲的担子一天比一天重了，身体状态也大不如从前了，每次回去父母为了我们学费操碎了心，他们一天天的变老了啊！我和姐姐心里真不是滋味！很难受，如今已很难支付得起我所在学校专业的高额学杂费；
平日里虽然全家省吃俭用；
假日里我出去打工；
